I am 28 year old son of an English Mother and a Jamaican Father. I was raised by my mother in a single parent family and experienced a number of foster care placements. This blog has a record of other blogs relating to the issues of multicultural identity and my own personal feedback. I will also be offering an advice forum for foster parents of mixed race children who are unsure how to handle sensitive cultural issues.
